Club Information

1.

Flowers will be sent or a memorial donation made in the event of the death of a voting club member or a voting club member’s immediate family. Immediate Family is defined as: Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, Children, or Spouse of a club member.

2.

The club will take up a love offering for a member with a serious hardship.

3.

Dues must be paid by the March meeting in order to remain a voting member. If a person was a member the previous year the full amount of the dues will be required to be paid. New member dues will continue to be pro-rated. Any member being out of the club or not paying dues for the previous twelve (12) months will be treated as a new member.

4.

Members not paying their dues by the March meeting will be considered inactive.

5.

The Club’s Executive Committee will be comprised of all current officers and the immediate past president.

6.

Advance payment for the Christmas Dinner will be required if needed.

7.

When the club orders items, i.e.; shirts, calendars, etc., members will pay for the items when they are ordered rather than when they arrive.

8.

The spouse of a deceased voting member will receive the next calendar year’s membership free.
